Welcome to Tamakama. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of tamakama.com (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What Tamakama is

Tamakama is a free-to-play social casino intended for amusement only. The Site offers casino-style games played with virtual credits. It offers no real money gambling and no opportunities to win real money or prizes of real-world value.

2. Age requirement

The Site is intended for adults 21 years of age or older. By using the Site or creating an account, you represent that you are at least 21 years old. We may remove any account we reasonably believe belongs to someone under 21.

3. Virtual credits

• Virtual credits are provided free of charge for entertainment purposes only.
• Virtual credits have no monetary value.
• Virtual credits cannot be exchanged, transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash, goods, services, or anything of real-world value.
• Virtual credit balances may reset at any time, including every time a game reloads.
• No purchase is necessary to use the Site, and the Site sells nothing. There are no in-app purchases.

4. Accounts

An account is optional. All games are playable without one. When you create an account, you agree to give accurate information and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@tamakama.com.

5. No gambling, no winnings

Nothing on the Site is gambling. You cannot wager, win, or lose money here. Practice or success at social casino games does not imply future success at real money gambling.

6. Game content

The games on Tamakama are supplied by a third-party game studio, NetGame Entertainment, and load inside each game page on tamakama.com from the studio's servers. Games run in a free-play mode with virtual credits only: no real money is wagered, won, or lost, and no purchases are offered anywhere in the game or on the Site. Tamakama has no control over and does not operate the studio's servers.

Game titles shown on the Site are the studio's own titles. Game titles, artwork, and software are the property of their respective owners. We may add, change, or remove games at any time and do not guarantee that any specific game will be available.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with the Site, attempt to access it in an unauthorized way, scrape it at scale, or use it in violation of any applicable law.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tamakama and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Since everything here is free, our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed one hundred US dollars.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Tamakama shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Slovak Republic.
